The guardian of the design intent, from the first day on site to handover.
What it is
Guardian of the design intent during construction, AMARGUS carries out periodic control visits, verifies the works against the reference technical dossier, issues a report per visit with photo records, raises snags and records their clearance. When the site demands it, we take on full scheduling too: master plan, trade coordination, site meetings, handover. The mission is exercised through periodic visits and meetings, within a precise contractual frame presented at the first meeting.
A high-end site engages dozens of participants — structural works, technical trades, artisans, suppliers. Without structured direction, decisions get made piecemeal and quality suffers. AMARGUS Project Management imposes a framework: regular site visits, compliance checks against approved plans and samples, and decisive arbitration in the project's interest — not in the interest of whichever contractor is in the biggest hurry to invoice.
What you receive
Site visits & compliance — regular checks of execution against approved plans and samples
Trade coordination — scheduling and arbitration across contractors
Schedule & quality tracking — regular reporting, early alerts on slippage risk
Technical arbitration — decisive on-site calls so progress is never blocked
When to choose this service
You have your own architect — Design is already handled by your team — you only need independent site supervision to guarantee compliance and execution quality.
The site involves many trades — Hotel, clinic or headquarters: coordinating structural, technical and finishing trades needs dedicated sequencing — that is the Scheduling/OPC (OPC — scheduling, supervision and coordination) rung.
You're remote from the site — The client cannot be present day to day — AMARGUS Project Management acts as their eyes on site: periodic visits, reports and photo records.
How it fits together
Project Management guarantees that what was designed in Interior Architecture and sourced through FF&E & Procurement is built faithfully on the ground. This service is also the backbone of Turnkey Fit-Out, where the site is run with a single point of contact.
