Protecting the fidelity between the drawn project and the delivered one.
What it is
AMARGUS selects and negotiates materials, furniture and bespoke pieces through a network of chosen workshops and artisans — stone, brass, glass, carved plaster. This service protects the consistency between the drawn project and the delivered project: every reference is vetted for quality, lead time and fidelity to the concept. Our volume and network open workshops and houses that stay closed to the trade — Procurement can be engaged on its own, alongside design completed by your team, or bundled into a full engagement.
Finding the right workshop, choosing between two suppliers, rejecting a sample that doesn't hold — that's where fidelity to the drawing is won. Then: checking samples and prototypes, negotiating lead times and prices without ever trading down on quality. AMARGUS manages this chain end to end — from order to on-site receiving — so the furniture and materials delivered stay rigorously faithful to the boards and plans approved upstream. Furniture is designed bespoke and produced with our manufacturing ateliers, selected to match the project's standard and budget; the integrated joinery atelier itself produces bespoke panelling and fitted elements.

Your design already exists elsewhere — An architect or designer has already drawn the project — you only need sourcing and purchasing of materials and furniture, held to the AMARGUS standard.
You want to secure the delivered quality — You're worried about the gap between what was drawn and what actually gets installed — AMARGUS Procurement locks in that fidelity, sample by sample.
You're preparing a furnished handover — The site is nearing completion and furniture, lighting and bespoke pieces still need sourcing, ordering and installing before the keys change hands.
How it fits together
FF&E & Procurement picks up where design leaves off: it faithfully sources what Interior Architecture has drawn, in coordination with Project Management which checks its on-site installation. It can also be bundled into Turnkey Fit-Out for end-to-end follow-through.
