AMARGUS Group is among the nominees in the “House of the Year” category at the MIDA Awards 2025, one of the events dedicated to interior design and architecture in Morocco. The nomination highlights the studio's work on exceptional residential projects in Casablanca and across Morocco.
The nominated project is a Master Residence conceived by AMARGUS Group as an inhabited sculpture: volumes, deep textures and spatial coherence form a sensory journey where material and light are founding forces. The interiors unfold immersive worlds — a reimagined Moroccan hammam, an infrared sauna with a Himalayan salt wall, a chromotherapy sensory shower, an intimate spa, a home cinema, a gym, a solid-wood library, a Moroccan salon with hand-painted joinery and hand-carved plaster ceilings — extended outdoors by a heated pool, a jacuzzi, a koi pond and a lounge bar & barbecue.
The project's strength lies in a rare dialogue: direct command of Moroccan master artisans — hammered brass, solid wood, selected marbles, hand-shaped zellige — and the integration of leading international design houses. Passages and systems by Lualdi and Rimadesio, inhabited material by Poliform and Poltrona Frau, water fittings by GRAFF, AXOR and TOTO, flooring by Foglie d'Oro, appliances by Miele, extraction by Falmec, lighting by Arkoslight, structural joinery by Schüco, together with a refined selection of art hardware by PullCast, handles, fabrics and wallpapers from exceptional houses. The bespoke woodwork is produced by Amargus Contract.
